Come tee it up and put your swing to the test while connecting with professionals from across the transportation industry! This year’s golf event is open to players of all skill levels and will include food, drinks, prizes and fun challenges!
Join us on October 1, 2026 at The Woodlands Golf Course. First tee time is 8:00 am, with registration opening at 7:15 am.
Registration is available for individual players with member, non-member, and government employee rates offered. We also have add-ons including mulligans and hole sponsorship signs to supplement your registration. Raffle tickets will also be available at the registration desk for the chance to win some great door prizes!
New this year are updated sponsorship packages that unlock great savings for individuals and groups who wish to bundle their purchases together! See the chart below for more information.

$1,000.00 Diamond Shield Sponsor Includes 4 golfer registrations, 3 mulligans per player, 5 raffle tickets per player, 1 hole sign for the registrants company and the company logo displayed on the GPS screen inside each golf cart during the round.
$750.00 Gold Shield Sponsor Includes 4 golfer registrations, 3 mulligans per player, 5 raffle tickets per player and 2 hole signs for the registrants company.
$400.00 Silver Shield Sponsor Includes 2 golfer registrations, 3 mulligans per player, 5 raffle tickets per player and 1 hole sign for the registrants company.
$250.00 Bronze Shield Sponsor Includes 1 golfer registration, 3 mulligans, 5 raffle tickets, and 1 hole sign for the registrants company.
$20.00 Mulligans (set of 3) Grants the purchasing player 3 do-over shots during the course of their round.
$100.00 Hole Sign Allows the purchasing player to bring one company sign for display at a tee box on the course.
